Washington (the US Thunderer, a scary combination with Admiral Willis Lee's accuracy buff) Hardy (RN Tier VI DL) Tromp (Dutch Tier VI Scout Cruiser/Destroyer Leader) Piorun (N Class Destroyer with baked in Adrenalin Rush booster. Perfect when charging Bismarck). Victorious (in her RN carrier / USN Pacific fleet planes config, or possibly in her 1950s angled-deck rebuild version?) [TDD] Dragon200052 Players 72 posts 7,289 battles Report post #11 Posted January 9, 2021 I would love to See HMS Agincourt at T4 or T5 Perhaps as she was a rather unique ship in the royal navy with 7x2 12 inch guns so while they lack in size they have a fair number but since she only has 9 inch of belt armour could be a bit fragile nor is her speed of 22knts that impressive but would still be wonderful too see in game. Additionally a Dido class vessel in the standard configuration of 5x2 5.25 inch guns While these guns have a far lower rate of fire than say Atlanta (around 7-8 Rpm on Dido class compared to 12-15 Rpm on the Atlanta class) they did have a slight range advantage, This ship could make an interesting T6-T7 Premium I would imagine the 5x2 guns with 2x3 torpedoes with a 8Km range with a standard British Heal if she was to be put at T7 perhaps give her a smoke screen as well. HE would not be too bad for her as she is not the greatest spammer as lower caliber shells and a 7.5s reload but on the other hand if they chose to not give her HE she could get British AP pen angles and such. Overall a Dido class could be highly interesting as a semi AA cruiser with slightly better anti surface capabilities than say an Atlanta perhaps her consumables could be DCP, Hydro and Repair party, or at T7 give a short burst smoke screen perhaps. (And if they really wanted HMS Sirius could be used as part of a Azur Lane colab) A third Interesting vessel could be HMS Delhi a British Danae class cruiser that was refit with 5 single 5 inch USN guns that are used on USN DDs so she could still be at T4 but would have decent AA potential as the guns were dual Purpose and she also had a decent AA setup of Bofors and Oerlikon guns this could make her a AA powerhouse at her tier. Additionally her guns could have a reload of 4s as standard on most USN DDs or could be slightly increased if needed as these are still WW2 guns at essentially a WW1 tier and a Danae class at any higher could start causing quite a few issues. I can not find if she had torpedoes or not so she might not have them either. Her consumables could be DCP, Hydro Or DFAA and Repair party this would mean you have to chose if you want more effective AA or the versatility of Hydro. Finally she is a very important ship in terms of British radar usage as she was the first British ship to use the US Mk-37 Fire control system and this resulted in great success with the UK ordering 42 more sets of the Mk-37 fire control from the United states. that would later be used on HMS Vanguard and the British battle class destroyers. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

[PGT2P] Birkebein Players 144 posts 11,571 battles Report post #13 Posted January 10, 2021 My favourite port is the "Fjords" - it would be nice to have some fitting ships in port: DD HNoMS Æger (1936), lower tier (4-6) with good AA; DD HNoMS Gyller (1938), lower tier (4-6) with extra torp tubes; DD HNoMS Sleipner (1936), mid tier (5-7) with good rudder and survivability; DD HNoMS Arendal (1944) tier 8-9 anti sub, anti DD specialisations; DD HNoMS Stord (1943) tier 8-9 with good rudder and survivability. Some old Italian BB that fits T3. HMS Swiftsure. A Fiji with 3rd turret went poof. Similar to, but NOT the same sub-class as upcoming Mysore. HMS Dido. Light cruiser with focus at AA. Oh blasphemy, forget it. One of the French CA´s of which we have none in-game, apart from the Algerie. Would fit T6-T7. Battlecruisers from WWI, be it British or German. Plethora of smaller ships or from WWI which would be at low tiers, so WG won´t bother with them.
