unfortunately many players seems to see a chat ban as a "positive achievement" and are proud of it, maybe WG should add some "effects" to a manual chat bans...for example that one doesn't earn any commander XP during a chat ban

There seems to be a direct link between having a big mouth and playing poorly...  I have found these who complain most ( in and out game) are not exactly very skilled players or the ones you would like to have in your team

Simple as that.

You Spending Money or not. Has no Bearing on this.

Chat Bans work on an Automated System for most Part.

So if you Trigger the System by using a Swear Word and then have enough People Report you that Match. Even if you did not actively Attack/Insulted someone as you Swearing happened 10 minutes away from your Argument with another Player which caused them to Report you.

 

You might get Banned for that even tough it wasnt that big of an Offense that an actual Support Staff Member woulf have Issued a Ban.

 

Then again.

Swearing itself is against the Rules.

So while the hit might be harder than deserved. It will almost always be Justified enough for you to not have a rebuttal.

 

 

If your not doing that and thus dont triggee the System you will not be Banned.

Then again. Sometimes if you want to tell People your Honest Opinion. Its in my eyes worth taking the Punishment.

The Syatem is Pretty lenient abyways and has no lasting Consequences unless you really go Overboard Hard.

What’s funny is this statement coming from someone whose inability to “take it” makes him keep repeating the same behavior that keeps getting him chatbanned.

 

I take it it’s this stellar decision making that gave you that fantastic win rate. But wait, before you say it, let me do it for you:

- no seriously, your teams are trash and the only thing keeping your wr down;

- your teams are so trash it’s actually suspicious, wg probably rigged your account to lose a lot;

- “I don’t play op p2w ships”

 

Now that we’re done with the greatest hits from the potato hall of fame, I’d suggest you spend less time raging in chat and more time learning the game. You’ll have a much better time, as will your teams.

If you are finding you are having problems with chat bans there is a very simple solution. Do not type in chat. Use F keys and pings to get your message across. Better yet get the mod that just prevents chat all together. It will stop that urge to rage and blame others. Or maybe get some prozac and a glass of wine and relax. Its only a game.

You do not need a mod for that. Just deactivate it in the preferences.
