And it is doubtful that any other Tier composition would have compensated a three man DD division with one high Tier ship. Or just live with the choice you make. Some ships can handle 3 tiers higher just fine, others cannot. I think the interesting part here is that - even if we count all of green A div as tier 8 - the red team has three tier 9 DDs and green does not have a single one.
