Captain Retraining Costs

Hi guys,

 

As per last update news, there should be %50 discount on Captain Retraining Costs between 22-26 December but i still see 425 dobloons for level 19 captains. 

 

Anyone has same issue ?

Pretty sure it refers to the cost of training from one ship to the next

Dont waste your doubloons or elite commander EXP. You can retrain for free next month in new update 0.10.

100% confirmed, it refers to the retraining needed between ships, not the cost of respeccing skills.
