Nobody wants Statan's crates for T10 ships, where is the steel you gave us in 2018? Where is the steel for premium ships , it supposed to be higher then a normal ship?

For the Tachibana you will get credits, for the Yahagi (since it was only available as purchase) the compensation will be dubloons. We added this information also in the 0.9.12 update article:

Did anyone understand exactly how this will work and when? Seen 25th Dec and 8th Jan? Are these coupons on top or are these the ones which just dropped a couple of days ago?

if i bought 14 phases, then i completed all of the missions, total 26 building phases, will i be able to get extra steel like the previous dockyards?

The additional coupons are a series of limited time dubloon discounts that are 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% discounts. They will appear in your coupons on Dec 25th and any unused ones will vanish on Jan 8th. These are available in addition to regular coupons and do not effect standard coupons.

 

I am assuming that, like most coupons, they will only work on one armory category so these will probably only be applicable to dubloon ships in the Ships armory category, they are not specifically for the temporarily added premiums mentioned. Since you can only use one coupon per transaction you should decide whether you want to use your standard -25% dubloon cost coupon first and then use the new coupons which offer a lesser discount, or use the new coupons because of their shorter lifespan.

 

It is unclear whether Siliwangi and the tier 9 premiums that are being added to the armory will be discountable with the coupons. This will depend on whether they are added to the Ships category or to the Featured category.

Every excess phase you complete will reward you 400 research points for the research bureau and 200 steel.

Ah sorry, I misunderstood. For this you should receive the credit compensation if you already own the ship + the port slot and commander.

Well these coupons should be available in the Armory during that timeframe and can be used like any other coupon within the Armory for ships available for doubloons.

There are some offers I wouldn't mind dropping some doubloons on here.

 

However, It doesn't feel right to buy more doubloons while still waiting on a refund from the Santa Crate debacle. My ticket has been open for two weeks, the last update of "may take up to 7 days" is now 11 days old.

 

Is there any updated/official time-frame on how long these refunds should take?

So i can't complete the the final task of the 1st stage of ships & fates without the strasbourg but i can't get the strasbourg till at the earliest 21 days leaving only 6 days or so to do the whole ships & fates campaign as they are both only open for 30 days.Who thought this was a good idear???

@TheWarJaC @Crysantos Something I wondered. The shipbuilding part says 'The Starter Packs will only be available to purchase prior to the point in time when you complete four shipbuilding phases by finishing combat missions.  Once you've purchased both Starter Packs or completed four shipbuilding phases by finishing combat missions, you'll be able to purchase further phases individually for 1,950 doubloons each' 

So for example is it possible to complete 3 phases then purchase both starter packs? Meaning a jump to phase 17 or would purchasing either phase make the other unavailable?

Snowflake for tier X - a joke (bad joke) 

75 steel for tier VIII/IX is much more valuable than some crate that in 99% will drop 4 cammos or some basic flags
