tier 9 very good reward.  (same as tier 8 even though one tier up) (should've been 100 steel)
tier 7 good reward. 750 coal.
tier 6 and 5 good as well for the tiers.

The eary snowflakes were super.
last year was doubtful
but this year.....

As far as I remember my offline game provider gavve me the chance to get 3  games for free - without having the need to run like a donkey towards a carrot on a stick. Not even an apology anywhere - must be working as intended?

Same here, after 24h and nothing works properly!

My main concern is the naval battles! Many clan members facing the same issue as me and they can’t access naval battles. So how you plan to solve this? I am not willing to loose this navals with no fight! I maybe can wait for a couple of days for you to solve the problem and for me not to playing in divisions with my friends etc but i am not accepting to loose naval battles like this! 

 

@tom_kat, you can play division like this (I know it because I am facing this no-chat issue for really long time) just use the “Battle” button in the top-middle. When you are in a division this turns to “Ready” to select ship and only the division commander has the “Battle” button.

24h later, nothing works aside the cash shop... and i got scolded for calling them incompetent - true.. it's ingenious - if only the cash shop works - people will buy stuff for my broken game, right? RIGHT?

Yes, even-though there is a way of playing it, this is not easy for everybody.
So this weekend Naval is not fair.

Winners will not really be winners visa versa for the losing clan.
Although I fear the points for doubtful winners will be there.
Because ALL winners will be doubtful this weekend,...
maybe the reward for losing could be the same as for winning. That would be fair.

besides the fact that the fun-in-play part is not optimal this weekend.
So probably many players will play something else , or at the least , less than usual .

Anyway, this weekend naval-battles is a real mess .

It really would not hurt WG,
if YOU would reward ALL clans, participating in naval battles, the same winner-reward.

Mostly interested into the difficulty level of the coming 3 events ( Dockyard, Mission for Strasbourg , mission for the T5’s) and how they communicate.  Having 3 separate events were mission requirements hardly overlap makes things more difficult then when you can kill 2 boats with just one stone.
 

Since Strassbourg mission is timegated and having the Strassbourg is a requirement for even starting the missions for the T5’s means that buying Strasbourg is strongly promoted. You can then get the doubloon value back in the end while starting with the T5 missionchain from day 1. Maybe having Strassbourg already in port opens up some more easy missions to get you through the grind for the Strassbourg too so getting your doubloons back is less effort.

 

The folly will be that I will be enticed to buy Strasbourg and then ( because I will end up with a lot of “ free” doubloons due to Strasbourg and Yahagi refund I will reinvest these in Hizen DY event..

 

For my own sanity I hope the missions are really easy  or PR level of madness ( since I will pass then).

I'm set to receive 80k coal, 8.3k steel and 44 containers, rewards for snowflakes are the same as last year if I'm not mistaken, not sure what you mean by poor?

2 Years ago you got 200 Steel for each Premium T8 and up, T2-T4 Premiums gave Coal (now nothing) and T5-T7 gave more than silver ships of that tier, since last year, there is no more bonus for Premium. So yeah, used to be better

Hi to all!

In my clan, two members can access to the Armory-Naval battle-chat/division, but rest of us can not.

Those two can create division and send invitations, when I accept it, I can not see division windows, but i can choose a ship and top of port, is big "ready" button, as single play, it is big orange "BATTLE" button, and we can play on division.

BUT, rest of us on clan, can not participate on naval battle, read news, check armory...etc.

 

I tried disable antivirus, check and repair in game center... no change. So why those two have access but not rest of us!?????????????

I'm pretty sure you know what the point is, maybe you just want to showoff here.
Well I'm not impressed.

the fact you can receive 80k coal and 8,3k steel is fine.
the 44 containers will be the point of discussion.

Obviously you are not in need of good container out-comes, so what the heck are you trying to tell here.

Because you are not the only one playing this game, you could just be a bit more social and think about players who still do care about getting something good out of those containers.
We all know the big and the mega containers will drop a ship every once in a while.

Now getting 44 containers somehow tells me, those drop-rates will not matter to you.
But I know some friends of me are still very happy to get even a tier 6 ship for free.... 

And I'm pretty sure you are around long enough to know those snowflakes used to be better. 

again, it totally does not impress me that you have sooooo many tier 10's
Rewards doesn't get better if you gget more of them,... you only get more tiny containers.... that's all

There are two different "snowflake" events.

Anniversary: Camos, Container w/ special signals, Supercontainers

Christmas: Coal, Steel, (small) santa containers

This morning at least i was able to connect and play. 4 hrs  later i'm "sincronysing" for over 10 minutes and nothing happens.

 

There is only one solution: Instead of stopping us because  they don't find the bug, Server backup and restore previous upgrade (0.9.10?).

If it worked earlier it will work again - without ball breaking. 

 

After this epic fail, think about the Commander Skill patch..........

Tier 10s didnt get super containers for new years, only for the wows anniversary. Last year was identical to this year.

In 2018 they did give, overall, a lot more coal and steel, but no containers. There was also no dockyard, just a campaign for PEF and a buyable campaign for even more steel.

 

I'd be looking at 50% more coal and over double the steel by 2018 rules. But why you would feel like the current event that can award such amounts of resources for so little effort is ungenerous is amazing unless the only thing you care about of all of the rewards possible is steel.

It's a christmas event that, for just some time, can award someone upwards of 80k coal and 8k steel and multiple containers. I'm grateful for the resources available.

 

Even if it's worse than previous years, I would hardly argue the rewards are "poor". Yes it scales with how many ships you own, it's a reward for owning more ships.

Add on to this the other free premiums available to people via the new year dockyard (tachibana, yahagi), the new year campaign (strasbourg), perma camos, other dockyard rewards and the snowflakes I think the overall rewards for the event are pretty good.
