Roll Back after Refund of Santa Gifts

Quick question to those/any of you that have gone for the rollback. How far did they roll you back? Im half expecting my account to be reset lol

The furthest rollback that should be needed is Dec 4th as that's when Santa crates were first sold.

To be honest ive not played alot since i bought the containers on the 4th so a rollback to then wouldnt be a big deal if it gets it all done quicker i just dont want it completely rolling back my account.

A rollback will delete all below (maybe more) but since you didn't play until now, seems like not a problem for you.

 

Combat XP, Elite XP for Commanders

Credits and special resources: Oil, Coal, Steel, Clan Tokens, and Ranked Tokens including any resources exchanged/transferred for doubloons

All purchases performed with credits (Tech Tree vehicles, modules, etc. )

All research performed in the Tech Tree

All statistics for the account (kill ratio, damage ratio, etc. )

Camouflages, flags, signal flags, and other cosmetic items, except for those that are attached to Premium ships, or that have an equivalent cost in doubloons

Containers

Research points

Commanders, including:

Those purchased and/or trained for doubloons

Unique Commanders specialized for a particular branch

Those obtained from missions, special events, Campaigns, etc.

I have an open ticket where i ask for specifics especially since i got a gift container with a ship AFTER said date.

They have done this to dissuade people from getting refunds simple as that after all its virtual stuff considering they screwed people over the right thing to do is let them keep the stuff and refund anyway as a gesture of goodwill after all it is Christmas.

Well, I got my account rolled back to before the first purchase on the 3rd Dec, but when logging in I see I have 6450 dubs (more than I had) and a pile of gift containers. Obviously not sure what's going on and sent a ticket to support to ask why I have containers and dubloons...am I waiting for the refund to be processed so they can withdraw everything from my game account?.....So tempting to open a crate but can't and won't, lol. Repeat of what I said in another post

Submitted a ticket but still havent heard back. Cant even play right now cos if they do a rollback ill lose all progress anyway.

There was a rollback, ffs what is goin' on here? Where is the god darn announcement ?

they only do rollbacks if you used the content from the containers. so if you have been stupid enough to use it and then want a refund well.....

I have a ticket in having requested for Doubloon refund. If the goods are still on the account, a manual refund is an option they offer but it may take some time to process. Otherwise the only option is a rollback and refund. I chose to request rollback and refund regardless, because I want to get this sorted out quickly.

Just out of interest how long did it take them to reply to you guys? I've an open ticket that's not been replied to for 2 days.

 

If I was to submit another ticket what's the best like, options to go for to get a fast response? I've just been going through "Refunds" and then choosing my payment option and going through that way.

One to two working days for the initial reply, I assume it depends how long the queue is.... Mine is still in progress, so I don't know how soon they will do the rollback and refund.

 

EDIT: make note that I requested a Doubloon refund (in-game goods), not payment refund.
