Question about refund

if i buy lets say 100 crates (20 each time different order id) and i find the ship i want at the 80th or 90th (lets say) then i can refund the other 80?

If you buy 100 crates, then you need to seek therapy.

If you open the containers and ask for a refund after your account needs to be rolled back to the time before you bought them. So if you get the ship you wanted after 90 containers and want to now refund the other 10 containers then the ship you got will be removed.

The record I've seen this season, a friend of mine, 
from premium shop,

 

100 middle, 

40 small

60 mega 

 

another 100 middle from ingame. 

 

At least he got all the ships he wanted, except 2 :) (basically all of them)

Belfast and kutuzov!

Yea, one can still have fun in div games not restricted to those three ships but also with many other ships. I used to div with 2 Belfasts, 1 Atlanta or all Belfasts or different combinations. From a solo play point of view, they are not as impactful as they used to be although you can still have a good game once in a while. It's not only that the game mechanics have changed, also new lines have been added since their prime time and the player base has gotten worse and worse.

The statement does not say that this is not possible. Even if you find your ship in the middle. Let's say you make 8 single bundle purchases, each with own invoice number. You open bundle 1-6 with sh*t in it, 7 has the belfast and 8 sh*t again. You can ONCE open a ticket stating invoice number 1-6 and 8 asking for a refund. But you have to keep all items of the bundles 1-6 and 8, of course. You could get all ships today if you have a good credit card limit and WG refunds quick enough. They totally do not exclude this exploit. Just another mediocre, not well-thought statement like not stating droprates.

That’s only true if you do not have the items you won in the crates available on your account.

In theory, you have the possibility of being very selective over which transaction you get refunded.

 

Im sure someone, somewhere will do exactly as the OP suggests. They will get all the ships, getting the super rare ships in the last few crates, then refund all preceding crates. I wonder how Wargaming will treat this type of request.

solo play is not for for a very long time If you ask me! 

lately, I only play when we stream... thats the fun I can get now.

We are joking because before he started to open boxes he had 500+ days premium.. 

His premium days will be on his will when he dies it seems..

LOL i was the same after last 2 years Xmas crates.. Ive just droped under 400 days prem for the first time in about 2 years

@OP: No, you don't get to pick and choose with your refund, that's cheeky. I asked for a refund but because I used the 1000 odd dubloons they said the only option was to rollback my account to before the purchases. I'm happy with that and asked them to proceed. If they then fix the 'system' I may purchase more crates but not until then.

That is not right. Only in case you used something of your crates. If you have everything still on stock, you are fine and get your money back without rollback.

I meant pick and choose in terms of him keeping the ships he likes and getting a refund for the things he doesn't.

Where are you getting this?

 

Rollback only occurs if you cannot payback what you have received when the contents of your crates are removed during a refund.

 

" The refunds will be handled according to the normal procedure – the goods from the containers should still be on your account, otherwise, Customer Support will have to do a roll-back to restore them and process the refund."

 

It's really very clear.
