Possible that we should also get angry in coop?

Just a moment ago i was trying to do a mission where you need to get potential dmg, the problem is that i play only cv, so i went in coop and move my cv to a risky position where i can get shooted, thing that i NEVER do in random or ranked indeed i was in coop, because we all know that its just a damn coop.

I don't know how to call because rly there are no words... But this *edit* start to shoot at me and flame chat with cv idiot, *edit*and other things that i don't want to repeat, completely useless explain that if i was doing that risky position was for doing a *edit* mission and that if we were in random/ranked i never imagine to do it and there was no reason to be so acid because was just a damn coop.

I know that at the end is not worth to be angry for this just walk on by, but as i said in title, possibile that even in coop this things happen? Is the wows community truly ended like this?

It's not the community but individuals who get angry and emotional same as you do with this topic calling said individual a subhuman and feeling the need to tell us about it.

Normally i'm a quiet guy, don't pretend much from people, maybe for how my parents has educated me, only one thing is my priority, Respect, thing that at today is just trash for so many at this world, like Moneto said, i'm afraid too.

If someone is frustrated don't need to play this amazing game, because yes, for me this game is amazing like the community, you're right on this i got wrong on generalize my fault, but is pollute by this subjects, Frustrated in real life and vomit s*** on every single player that want just to be quiet like me.

On this a system that limit the accces to this people i think is needed, not just a chatban because even if they got chatbanned, they will redoing the same thing over and over and importune players over and over again.

No these people are everywhere all around the world. Not everyone has been raised the same way and not everyone has the same temper. After some time you learn to deal with individuals and their peculiarities. 

 

If you can't deal with people offending you or just look past such behavior I suggest you try to learn how to. Because these people will never go away. They will be in your real life, in games.. everywhere. Let them rage and be as bad as they can get. Take a break if it gets to much for you. Report them if they offend you and break the rules but don't sink down to their level.

Can't remember exactly where (although my best guess is in a Youtube video about paleontology since it's an evolutionary divergence), but I've heard that vertebrates start forming the gastrointestinal tract during the embryo's growth from one end while the rest of the animals do it from the other. Just ignore the nutter and post report the individual for misbehaviour in chat. Really nothing more to it. Its just a game and if it really bothers you turn off chat in battle.

I perfectly know that all around there are these people and i just tend to ignore them or when is inevitable, i try to put the discussion to a more civil conversation like before for not go down to their level like before... but at all there is a limit, i'm pretty certainly that civil people are the most, real life and even in game, we can't let them rule over us.

We are talking about the game, you said report them, yes i do, but is always the same, report report and nothing happens, i'm tired of all of this... One time is for your stats, another time is for the cv class, another time is for random/ranked situations and other times is for... nothing...

For this i said that we need a new system, for get quiet and tranquillity at least here on game... for real life... Well just no comment here...

Limit their access? How about you just use the mute button and stop complaining and trying to control people because you dont like it?

The limit access thing was just a mine idea, maybe isn't a good thing you're right, no need to implement it, but i wasn't complaining yesterday, was just an outburst with you guys, you can understand because you like me, play this game.

Many have said disable chat, right, but why disable it if this is a game when you need to cooperate with teammates and elaborate a strategy for reach the win? But beyond this, even for doing some jokes, for knowing other peoples, or for the exchange of some advices why not? Don't tell me that this never happened to you at least one time... I know it's maybe a double sword, because you can find chat flamers but in that case like i said multiple times in my other replies, i tend to ignore them.

That's not quite true - ever seen a top tier German BB sail around the outside of an island chain and not engage the enemy or snipe from the back of the map?   I despair when I see such play - I can understand if they are bottom tier but that's not always the case.

 

Or the DD that immediately sails away from the spawn and hide behind and island in the middle of the map leaving the ships on the flank outnumbered and without a DD to help?

 

Such players deserve complaints.

So long at the CV doesn't do a yolo I don't mind seeing that in co-op.  I've seen CVs move past me and complimented them (commenting that "I wasn't expecting that") - I think it helps if they are some German CVs,

Substitute the word "coop" for "random" and suddenly a lot of people will disagree.

Just because you do not take coop serious, it doesn't mean everybody has to share your mentality. There is no such thing as an absolute and official way to see this. Every player has personal preferences and even the coop community has a right to experience somewhat decent play. Needless to say, that claim does not justify insulting you. That could however easily be avoided by playing to the best of your ability.

I would at least suggest doing such a CV mission late at night, when you got a chance of getting a (nearly) complete bot team on your side. That way, no other person is disturbed. If you do it during the day and consciously interfere with people try-harding, take it like a man and don't whine about insults.

I don't report anything by ticket except this kind of behaviour. Also, it seems WG does act on verbal abuse.

So my advice is report said jerk by ticket to WG.

Man, here nobody is whining or crying, i'm just shocked of all this violence given for free at the first who passes... and for what?! I thought to had seen them all on this game after almost 5 years of play, but after yesterday... you're right, i know that maybe some people took coop serious but ahahahah let's face it, it's not even a final world championship let's not fool ourselves.

Anyway thx a lot for the advice, next time i'll try to do in this way after midnight hoping that i don't meet some anger, hungry and thirsty Draculas, there is already the Vlad... and that's enough.

For centuries the vast majority of people had hardly any public life and was laboring from dawn to dusk. Our grandparents lived through two world wars and the Great Depression. They lived on rationed food and when they came home from work, they didn't know if their home was bombed, with all the people they loved buried underneath it.

Drinking Latte while doing Home Office, watching movies on Netflix instead of the cinema and taking a walk with one friend, giving him your full attention instead of sitting on big tables competing for attention with ten friends is not dark times ... in comparison.

In 3/4 of the world, people can't afford to do the things we are used to do when the mood strikes us, yet we couldn't be bothered thinking about them cause we were so busy shopping and eating gelato. And now our fat, spoiled society wallows in self-pity over some minor restrictions.

I doubt it is ending like this. I have actually noticed something similar when I was yolorushing in my Mo in coop. I was going for a ram when a DD player started ALL CAPPING something like "DO NOT RAMN HIM!!!@@@!" and when I did, he started saying something like "OMGH YOI IDUIR@HY DUD YPI DO TH@S OMFTTT!!!!!" or something (half-arsed attempt at recreating the levels of frustration this person tried to convey to me).

 

Honestly, I had no idea why he got this mad. I mean, what was he expecting me to do? To press "S" 4 times and just sit there till his torps had reloaded? Of course not lol.

If he wants to do more damage or torp hits or anything, he just needs to git gutter 

 

Having said this, in all honesty I believe this is a vast minority in the game. Most players are actually not toxic at all. They may be potato, but most of the potatoes are not jerks either. They either are just unskilled, unsavvy, untalented, uninterested or something else, but not evil or anything.

Many have wife and kids and just want to shoot the red stuff for an hour. Of course most don't want to loose, but they are not tryharding as hard as many of us here to win either.

 

I've given this tip very often and I will say it again: Don't try to argue with someone who starts to go into a verbal debate with you this way. Right click and report, right click and block, right click and blacklist and bye! This is your game. You play this for your enjoyment.

 

And btw rushing with a CV in coop is actually quite interesting
