I tried to go for a refund via the ticket support, yet I get the error message of "current technical issues". :fish_palm:

Are you really surprised? WG doing WG things. Just report them to your local customer protection agency. Once enough complaints pile up they are remarkably effective in changing things. I did the same after the scummy Black Friday mission on the JB Black. Misleading advertisements. Really WG, the lowest of the low in business tactics.

@Wargaming - In a year when everyone is in some part suffering financially, mentally and possibly with ill health too, your vile, disgusting business come up with yet another of these container scams!

 

Game over for me now, I won’t touch this game ever again 👎🏻

Really? They refused refund despite the fact they wrongly use “Random” to n their advertising?!? Where do you live? If you’re in U.K. or Sweden I’ll happily write a letter to their legal team if required.

I contacted support to check if they can refund my containers due to incorrect marketing (nowhere it is mentioned there was a ship shortlist on the container page)

 

They put my case on hold to investigate and its been waiting since.

People had plenty of time to learn how shady WG is and how operates, not to mention blind rush to Premium Shop moment crates were avaiable there, was not needed.

 

Anyone thinking straight, always waits till at least some 'reviews' appear.

As painful as it is to be a victim of your own lacking, you have only yourself to blame.

How does this apply to a new player that has just picked up this game?

 

In fact a new players journey starts with being deceived straight away with a special offer being presented as a sale/discount
