Well, you really added a lot of stuff for Coal 

ARMORY

American Tokens and Battle Points can be exchanged for rewards in the Armory until the end of Update 0.9.10. After that, American Tokens and Battle Points will be converted into credits at the rates of 1:1,000 and 1:75, respectively.

The following ships will become available with the release of the Update:

• IX Z-44, a Type 1936B destroyer, armed with two quintuple-tube torpedo launchers that reload their long-range torpedoes quickly. The ship excels at conducting torpedo attacks from a distance. Unlike the researchable German destroyers, Z-44 doesn't have access to the Hydroacoustic Search consumable. The ship is available for 228,000 Coal, as well as in bundles that are available in exchange for doubloons.
• X Plymouth, based on one of the draft designs that preceded the creation of the Edinburgh-class cruisers. The ship's distinctive features include sixteen 152 mm guns placed in four turrets. Like the researchable British light cruisers, she carries AP shells only. The ship is equipped with the Surveillance Radar, Smoke Generator, and Hydroacoustic Search consumables, but has a short firing range and weak armor. You can get her in exchange for 27,000 Steel.
• IX Neustrashimy, the first Soviet destroyer that was designed and built after World War II. She boasts one of the best concealment values at her tier, coupled with effective torpedo armament and a large HP pool. The destroyer has access to a wide range of consumables, including Specialized Repair Teams and Defensive AA Fire. You can get her in exchange for 296,000 Coal.
• VII Flint, an American cruiser with powerful artillery, good AA defenses, and high maneuverability. Twelve dual-purpose 127 mm guns with a high rate of fire that fire shells along arcing trajectories. Take shelter behind an island, then rain a barrage of shells down upon your enemies. Flint boasts decent torpedo armament and a favorable set of consumables: Smoke Generator with a long smoke dispersion time, Hydroacoustic Search, or Defensive AA Fire in one slot. You can get the ship for 168,000 Coal.

VII Flint and IX Neustrashimy were previously available for Steel—a valuable resource that's primarily earned in competitive game modes. We wouldn't like to diminish the value of those ships for their owners, which is why their prices are higher than the prices of other same-tier ships in Coal.

• VII Duke of York is a renowned British battleship that played a crucial role in the sinking of the no-less-famous German warship, Scharnhorst. Duke of York carries HE shells that are notable for delivering increased damage and having higher armor-penetration capabilities. They can deal consistent damage to enemy battleships and cruisers, even at long ranges where AP rounds are less efficient. To successfully counter destroyers, Duke of York has access to Hydroacoustic Search—a rare consumable for this ship type. You can get the ship in exchange for 101,000 Coal.
• VII Lazo, a Soviet Project 68 light cruiser, has large dimensions and carries a formidable main battery of twelve 152 mm guns. She's well suited to long-range engagements. She excels at exchanging fire over a distance of 20 km due to the trademark features of the Soviet artillery and the specific parameters of her Spotting Aircraft consumable. You can get her in exchange for 83,000 Coal.
• V Hill is an American destroyer flotilla leader that was designed at the end of World War I. Her guns can be aimed quickly and she has comfortable torpedo launching angles, as well as decent AA defenses for her ship type and tier. You can get her for 38,000 Coal.

296'000 coal for Neustrashimy. ROFLOL. I knew why I got her for steel. Didn't you say the low popularity was the reason to remove the ships (+Flint+Black) in the first place? I bet you will be "selling" even fewer ships than you did for steel.

 

P.S.: I do not recommend this ship to anyone. Even if it was the only ship available for coal. Neustra is painful even in coop. You will need the mega heal because the ridiculous low DPM of only 2 guns will prolong duels unnecessarily, resulting in a lot of damage taken.

I was waiting for Flint but with the Commander Skills up on the way. I'm really not so sure now, Some one please Blow Sunshine my way and tell me it won't Screw it over, the other Coal ships are just what no one wants for cash and who can blame them and some ones covered Neustrashimy.

• The number of Ranked Tokens that each player has accrued has been increased fourfold.

They probably want to shift away from "winner takes it all", aka rank 1. Perhaps you will get a token for finishing every league, resulting in 3 tokens per season. So they adjusted the price accordingly. Roughly.

Too bad there won't be any new coal ships I'm interested in :(  I was looking forward very much to getting a new coal ship. I have plenty of coal ready but these ships are really not that good, or not interesting for me since I have so many ships that are almost the same. Guess I'll have to keep it on my shelf for some more months.

In short, those ships werent popular as Steel ships so they were removed and made Coal ships, more expensive Coal ships and to make sure nobody buys them, they add a Tier IX DD and Tier VII CL that are, of course, cheaper.

 

I am sorry but what exactly is the idea here? I am pretty sure at least Flint is going to end up on the Premium store making it a non-choice as far Coal is concerned as the Neustrashimy seems to be entirely dead, not because Z-44 is better but rather because its cheaper.

 

Honestly, I am starting to wonder about WG ... how can I put this ..  "mental health".

Face it WG dont earn money on coal ships , I have Georgia,Yoshino,Smolensk,Salem,Thunderer,,Marceau for coal , and honetly I dont need any other ships , I have 210k coal , I will get Moskva for Christmas , only for T10 gifts , I wont play her it anyway , I think that in future WG will make T10 only for Steel and in RB , and coal will be for some T9 & lower tiers , and I cant agree that they did not give fun ship , becuse Neustrasheny 10km torp, good conselment , mino heal I would give 8.7/10 to that ship .(Benham is 10/10)

The complete list will be available ingame in the detailed content list of the containers. You can see that in the Dasha video. And I bet there will be an article once they hit the shop.

I think that they could not afford her , she is real actress and she do modeling so I bet that cost much more , I think Dasha is cheaper option, honestlly if I would ever made decision about who would be face of WOWS , I would chose hot girl , with two big "tallents" , that can speak exellent English , and belive me there is no shortage of that kind of girls , only issue is what kind of budget WG have for it .
