So I'm not a CV player, but I got given a Kaga by a random lootbox in the summer and I thought I'd try her out in a few Co-op games, just for fun. However I got a bit tired of not hitting anything, so I created a training room with a load of unarmed enemy ships, included 2 T1 European cruisers (for the lols).

Apparently the bots weren't too impressed that they were T1s trying to defend themselves from a T8 carrier, so they cleverly redeployed themselves on an island within one of the cap circles, meaning that they not only instantly capped but also apparently made themselves immune to any form of damage.

I couldn't damage them with anything (rockets/bombs etc). Only thing I succeeded in doing was rolling the upended one onto its side :Smile_teethhappy:

Even tried sailing into secondary range to see if they would do anything. Apparently not!

Most amusing.

They've clearly been taking the Wiki advice for cruisers a bit too literally

Forgive my low IQ level, I had to google it to understand the joke

But yes, just literally using the litoral zone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And if you had armed them, they could probably still shoot and damage you I guess?

Update: Made a game with 12 armed Gryfs.

They can shoot your planes down as well! :cap_wander_2:

Bombs passed straight through the ship...

And they can even shoot you with their main guns :cap_wander:

To reply seriously: this is an old bug known to WG. It's the map. It always happens on this map.

Use anothet map and you'll be fine.

Alright, cheers! Reckon that'll be the last time I touch a CV though.

No wonder they never understood our complains :Smile_facepalm:

Playerbase: There is no counterplay against CVs!

*WG starts a bot match to see whats going on*

WG: Everything is fine :cap_book:
