How is selling something, no matter the amount of it in a store considered a stunt again?

"...a provider of gambling services involved in the collection of winnings or the wagering of a stake, when carrying out transactions amounting to €2000 or more". Just a gut feeling, but in many cases big online money transfers from private persons to recipients outside of the EU are under scrutiny. And here in Germany, there is the Geldwäschegesetz, in addition to EU regulations.

 

But maybe there are other reasons for this regional issue.

There is no issue because purchasing doubloons does not enable you to trade those doubloons back into money. It's just the purchase of another currency which makes it possible to purchase loot boxes and other items in the armory.

 

And then WG is not providing gambling services that involve collecting winnings in form of real money prizes or prizes that can be turned into real money. 

 

Next thing is, since you are as you just said in Germany possibly? And I am too, the shop working for me but not for you means it has nothing to do with regional limitations.

We had some technical issues with the server in last hour, that resulted of some stuff being unavailable. But now it should be all fine and working
