Can i trade a black ship for it's normal version?

i'm thinking of getting Jean Bart B on black friday, but i'm wondering if i can switch it with a normal Jean Bart(maybe trough player suport), purely for cosmetic reasons.

They have their own permacamo which is identical in stats but different in apperance to the regular counterparts.

 

You can make the black permacamo look like the regular counterparts permacamo by disabling the decorative camo category with the additional content menu on the right side of the port, but the B default camo cannot swap between the standard and alternatve colour schemes that Type 10 can.

Sure:

you can hide the Black-camo with filters in port and voilá - it is displayed in the regular camo of the non-B ship.

Only brawback: you can not switch to alternative color-pattern.

Yes, if by standard you mean expendable, what makes them black is their permanent camo, if you take that off it's just the normal ship underneath.

I don't think they have the normal permanent camo from the original ship.

The only perma camo available for all of the black ships is the "black" permacamo.

Unfortunately the regular permacamos are not currently available on the black ships, but we'll discuss whether we can add them as an optional purchase there in future :)

Alternatively allow disabling "black" ships in port filters, that way these ships could get basic permanent camo looks.

That is possible, you just have to disable the decorative category.

Yeah thanks, I have a couple black ships and I wished I had the standard version due to the full black camo, they look much better now
