i usually don't watch videos but this time i made an exception. I thought i will maybe understand what the term Broken means and see the 1st time that something is wrong with Subs as the popular opinion beleives.

Tell me, if subs and cv are in such fine state, how come everyone, where ever you look and read, with a half functioning brain say that they want them removed, balanced, fixed, etc etc list goes on ? 

Another question to it could be - why does people complain about something that is perfectly fine ?

The first question can be replaced with such question: why billions believe that pork and the word War are bad? Do you agree that we can replace your question with such equivalent other question because the answer to both is the same? If you don't understand the pork question idea then i can explain both pork and your question or find an another example.

He's a 42% player, mid 30%'s in higher tiers, has been for fifteen thousand games. Submarines are immortal, wargaming released a new class of ships in which he does not die in the second minute because it is impossible to die in them. Of course he's happy.

Notice how in all of those clips, looks like 100 of them, the destroyers are desperately trying to run away from the submarine. The class that was supposed to counter submarines are most terrified of them, because they do not have any way of fighting a submarine and will get either torpedo shotgunned back to port or hard spotted and deleted. There wasn't a single clip there where the destroyer fought back, because you can't, the mechanics to do so aren't implemented yet.

The values for minimum and maximum realistic winrate in ranked are different because ranked teams are smaller, in ranked you are 14% of the team, in randoms you are 8% of the team. If you are turbo useless in randoms you can't go under 44, if you are turbo useless in ranked you can't go under 42, incidentally, his values

i think i uploaded that replay to the Ranked Battles topic. There the loss became because we couldn't agree which tactics to choose i nthe beginning and so DDs stopped moving and we lost time and caps there. I remmeber so. Later the other DD suicided i nthe middle of the map and eventually we lost.
