How much RNG is good for Fires and Floodings.

  1. 1. How RNG should Fires and Floods be?

    • No RNG at all. Certain Hits or Consecutive Hits should Guarantee Fires/Floods

    • A little RNG. There should be Chances involved. But 1 lucky hit should not give a Fire.

    • More RNG than Skill. Fire/Flood should always be a chance but some Areas like AA Ammo should Burn easily while Belt Armor should not friggin Burn lol.

    • Full RNG. Just keep it as it is where Fire is a set Chance even if you Hit bare Metal Armor on Waterline.

Your changer would benefit long range firehoses like the Courbet and disadvantage ships with lower rate of fire. More realism is not advised in WOWS unless we also cut the time the ship is on  fire.

There is no Buffs or Nerfs Suggested in this Topic.

Question is Purely on wether Fires/Floods should be more or less RNG.

Everything else is assuming that the System Change is Balanced to be the same as before in terms of Ship Balance.
