Hmm.

Not sure what to make if this.

But given I can Jump to Kansas for the Directives. I think I will start with that.

Beyond that we will See what Points I can rack up and what they are worth.

Personally I am interested in the Tier 10 Vincents, since I might be one of the only ones who doesn't mind slow battleships or burning to death.

If everybody gets this annoyed by this"event"...

...wait till commander points rework hits us!

I'll bet there will be some sort of money grab there too.

WG just can't handle happy customers, it's against their religion.

I don't see how this matters to an Arcade game that isn't really based that much on reality when you realise that ship speeds, turning speeds, the time it takes for them to sink are exaggerated and the infinite amounts of ammo for every type of weapon on said ship.

Point being it is an Arcade game.

That is not how WG advertises it...and "what it is" is also a fallacy. That would make the worst game in the world fine,  because "that is what it is".

Regardless of how WG advertises it, the facts are there, and certainly not fallacious, you are of course entitled to your own opinion, however you aren't entitled to your own facts.

And here we go again, next heavy "pay to progress" event. I don't even plan to bother with it and definitely will not pay Your highly overpriced sums (in My country currency) for it.

I don't mind new shiplines but FCS all the stuff at one time gifts, new campaigne , ranked, transformans, lunar. we do have a life to.

Hi Captain,
We try to offer our players many different kinds of content; so, they can freely choose which one suits them the most in a given period and, of course, without any obligation to play any of them.
You can choose to play the event you feel more like to, then, or even decide to start trying to break the world record of haggis-flavored ramen eaten in one hour: it is really up to you 😊.

Personally I like the new Battleships, though I do wonder how long it will be before you give us a Vincents Battleship with 4x4 16"/45 Mk 7 or 4x6 14"/50 Mk 7 guns (or whatever, since most BB's seem to get a Steel, Coal or RB variant)

I really loved the Transformers one, I even more love this one, no money spent.. I would have bought a bundle with special flags if it was the first, but it was regular flags and 100k credits.. Pooooooooooor deal for 1000 dubs..

So yeah, really love these events, going to save the money on this one, ofc would have wasted 1000 if T9 was the first one and as I said some dragon flags, but regular flags? Nah, I got a plethora of those.

Anyway, this staggered release schedule really is just shiny beads and pearls for the hordes, let it be. And I can just take care of CB, and Dockyard and not give a hoot about american mess... might invest some time to get the T8 unless they really require a lot of work..

Quite so. And, like in Las Vegas, it's stacked against you, if previous events of the kind are any indication.

American Tokens

American Tokens can be obtained in the following ways:

  • By completing Directives and missions of the event—up to 12,900 Tokens.
  • From random bundles that are available in exchange for doubloons in the Armory—up to 96,000 Tokens.
  • In exchange for Recruitment Points in the Armory—up to 2,000 Tokens.

The 8 bundles add up to 100000 token in total.

So, if you don't want to spend any cash, you won't even get the Kansas, you need 18K for that.

Cmon WG, you've proven there are idiots out there in the community willing to grind (PR event remember that disaster), so let them, have a chance of getting the 100K in token here,  if they don't have the cash.

Maybe they changed it. I got the Kansas. No money spent. I also have 5k odd tokens. I think they added more missions.

Dear Wargaming!

My experience is that you mean the new battleships as a joke. In addition to having 0 armor, their cannon reload time is brutally high and dispersion is also exceptionally high. People will use them as a very maximum hobby boat because it produces no specialty in any area. One thing in turn they can very well all have a floating Citadel hit. You can hit the boat anywhere from 6,000 to hit it. The Kansas, Minnesota, Vermont trio is useless. The new Italian battleships also fall into a joke category based on prior announcements. The C. Colombo battleship with 38s recharge and 381mm caliber will be unusable at level 10. In addition, with a range of 18.9km, the shortest possible range for a battleship. His secondary armament is also equal to 0. Please correct these mistakes so that no one will play the ships of those branches. Be kind and listen to the opinions of the players because they are playing the game and they are perceiving the problems. You are just improving and the feedback from the super testers will not be optimal because they do not identify with the live server statistics set by rng. Everyone knows that super testers have a special rights system and rng will give them a favorable lineup to show what a good ship it is, etc. and then thousands of players will scold you for it being useless. Please don't do it like the tank department developers. Thanks in advance!

Sincerely, Mustang

  • Kansas has quite decent armor
  • I fear the RM BB will have a higher chance of being too good with their SAP shells than being a joke.
  • a stock range of 18.9km is totally fine, feel free to use the range mod
  • and they do not need good secondaries, that is unimportant...
