No. WG learned from their mistake and you can't stockpile on discounted consumables or upgrades, unless you mount them on all available ships and then demount them.

Thats...pretty lousy tbh. You can stockpile consumables in WoT, so why not here? Oh wel, nothing else to do about it...

Precisely so you can't stock up on expensive stuff in advance. Couple that with more upgrades available on higher tiered ships and these upgrades get expensive rather fast - full set of 6 upgrades for tier 9+ ship is 125k+250k+500k+1m+2m+3m=6.875m credits.

You can in some cases use the 50% discount on ship upgrades by equiping the rental tier 10 ships you get for clan battles with them. After the season is over and the ships are gone, the upgrades are demounted for free. 

 

And well...wot's economy is much harsher than the one in wows. Especially now that all premium consumables were made free.
