Since we're almost at 50/50 players and we're focusing more and more on competitive gameplay we obviously want the clan to be as organized as possible. We have our own HR and are now planning on building an independent tactics/ event management division within the clan.

 

      Your duties:

• Set up tactics for CB/ KOTS/ You vs. Me via https://wottactic.com/wows or https://you-vs-me.eu/
• Manage KOTS/ CB participation
• Set up training rooms and introduce the players to your tactics

 

    Your Profile:

• Stats above our Clan average
• Dedication for planning and tactics
• Experience in Clan Battles/ Tactics on the Battlefield
• People skills
