When you click that 'Player Support' from the toolbar and it takes you to PS, do you still see your user name in top right corner?

Okay, that's weird. I'm using Firefox myself and I stay logged in. Is there an alternate way of contacting support? Via e-mail, forums?

EDIT

Have you tried refreshing the page?

After 100 tries somehow i got in. But its frustrating cause now i got a replay to my ticket but ofc the same problem as before. i just cant login, to read it:

thats typical wg, creating a website for player support so they can say: here look we care about our payers.

But if u really want to use it just doesnt work!

Is it possible for you to use another safe device to log in?

On the other hand, we're not having any issues in our website and everything is working fine.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Working as intended comrade, you aren't supposed to ask questions.
The gulag awaits you if you persist in wasting company time

That 'working as intended' explanation would work if A) WG was a US Corporation because their idea of support is exactly that and/or B) if that was the case for everyone here. However, it's working for some (if not the most), so it's kind of curious why some individual users would be having this sort of problem specifically when it comes to the ticket system.
