New account solely for abuse

I strongly suspect that a WOWS user has created a separate account just to circumvent the Blacklist feature in order to verbally abuse me. The account has no battles credited to it. Is WOWS aware of this stratagem and is there any way this can be controlled? I have blacklisted the new spurious account as well. Seems a very petty way to act.

Are you talking about someone who did this in the forum or ingame? If it was ingame, please contact customer support, if it was in the forum, you can also contact one of the moderators.
