Summer Sale in the Premium Shop and Armory!

Same thoughts here, although I'm not as restricted as those living in Belgium. 

 

This will not change, though - WG doesn't care about its players, anymore. They're making large profits without considering us. Shouts out to Belgian legislation - if only ALL EU (and world-countries) would bring similar laws. Then the lootboxes and luck-factors can be stuck back up in whatever orifice they emerged from in the first place.

Missouri? That ship was sealed like Enterprise, even worse. 

 

Last time I saw an opportunity to get Missouri was donating to charity like.. 300$?. 

 

As for Enterprise, Santa crates has a % but these "new" CV crates should have more % of Enty, but again if you're from Belgium you cant really do nothing, but its better like that.

 

Sealing broken ships onto crates like those for players like us, that loves those ships (or players that just wants to break MM) just to make us spend money for a minimal chance. 

 

I mean, im not going to waste real money for a % that I dont even know since WG gives no info about that.

I can see whales going for that Enty box, nice "Summer Sale". Removing Enty from shop to seal her in Santa Crates and you guys are just gambling her again, but that's not new, it still gives more chance than Santa Crates imo.

 

Be VERY cautious with this. You never know when they adjust droprates. These CV crates may only look similar to those that dropped premium CV's so well. WG is known to adjust rates at a whim. Be careful. Sincerely.

We know about those laws in Belgium, that is why you can't directly buy any boxes over there. But technically, if you purchase Summer Tokens, that is fine, as you know, what you are buying for your money, correct?

Afaik, the law is not restricting you from chosing how you spend those Summer Tokens after buying them. It would be like buying doubloons, as after the transaction is is completely up to you, what you would spend it on.

I really dislike crates like those. I really like Enterprise, not for "unbalanced" but because I actually love history. But im not going to go blind. Who knows? Maybe Enterprise has a 0,1% since we dont know rates.

Well, we never shared the droprates, but we also never changed the droprates from those containers. So I can assure you, that those containers in Armory are exact the same as they were before.

The Armory Shop gives nothing "worth" buying for the Summer Tokes. I do understand that you have an  opportunity to buy 2 rare ships, but they are Tier III. I already have my Tier IX I enjoy even more.

Where i live(shitty EU country), there is big distinction between "gambling" and "sale"

I guess "sale" has a very different meaning in spreadsheet centric world. I presume that according to the spreadsheet, everyone not just longs for gambling containers, but wants them more expensive, too..

 

Should i gamble couple of Euros on national lottery site or gamble same amount on WOWS "sales", tats the question now..

 

EDIT: gambled on 3 carrier containers, got shitty camo, and shitty flags. According to spreadsheet, i'm having a blast .

Also what's with the token missions? i am a %100 COOP player and one of the promises was all missions were completable in all Modes but the second to last mission get achievements HOW CAN I DO THAT IN COOP?

Lastly  this Summer sale is complete garbage that is designed to trick players on spending Real world money.. cant even buy Tokens with Gold that i have stockpiled.. i hope this type of greedy practice is illegal sooner than later Gaming Companies taking advantage of some players and just all out being greedy with BS crate systems.. 

love the game but truly hate the Premium side of everything just as many premium versions or more ships than regular..

i am happy to support a game with spending money but not like this WG....

You dont, only chance is Operations as Killer Whale is currently running and getting achievements there ... however, its not that easy and still requires doing it about at least 6-12 times assuming you managed to get 1 or 2 achievements each time.

 

Its also not better in Randoms because, well  achievements are not that easy to get.

The other 3 stages out 4 are pretty straight forward and not that hard. But the one you have to get 12 achievements in. The 3rd stage.

if i remember correctly those laws came into place (good thing) to stop the massive gambling addiction caused by gaming companies causing people to go bankrupt, encouraging a workaround for the sole reason these laws even exist can't be a joyfull thing to advertise.

 

Can't wait till the age of the unkown chance rng boxes has passed and those would be banned. where other games are trying new stuff to limit the use of gambling boxes wargaming seems to go full in with a tsar bomba nuke. 

 

I also expected sale discounts for ships and such in this "summer sale". i was deeply disappointed as i might have bought a ship which i now won't (neither those tokens).

COOP games does not give achievements out, don't think the Operations game does as well. So the only way to earn achievements and complete stage 3 is by playing Random Games as far as I'm aware. Don't think you can get achievements in Operations and Coop

 

Yet, they have COOP listed for stage 3, as one way to complete it. How so? When COOP doesn't give Achievements?

Well..I had to say THX! WG of summer sale ..I bought 60 summer tokens (8.24€+1.97€) and with them I bought 3x Black friday containers...I got 1x 1250 doubloons, 14 days premium count...and Graf Zeppelin B (which I wished in my mind when I bought containers)...so one happy man here..:)
