[1701] Captain_Singleton Players 3,184 posts 17,143 battles Report post #1 Posted August 18, 2020 So i built the new treasury buildings which allow us to allocate up to the super container bundles, having just accepted a new member in to the clan i asked support to clarify what the requirements were to receive the containers, they replied that the normal amount of oil was required (ie 10 oil per level of the clan) so i waited for a week until the new guy had over 400 oil and bought the 5 'try your luck' containers and 1 super container, he didn't receive them. So i wrote to support and and low and behold they have discovered another unannounced requirement, that there is a 14 day joining period before new members can receive containers, they are crediting the guy his containers as a good will gesture, thx WG TL:DR there is a 14 day waiting period before new members can receive the new bundles from the armoury. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
