You can buy sets of tokens only. Each day you are limited to buy a bundle of 10 or 50 tokens (for around 2 / 9 euro a bundle) This "offering "is available in the non-steam wow surroundings but not with the Steam played wows version...

No, its hard for me ... or impossible for me.

I dont play the "other game modes" and honestly every time I even consider buying a premium ship I have WG pulling stupid crap like this making me  NOT wanting to do it anymore and again, all this only gives 15 tokens that is crap for all.

I had some difficulties myself understanding this wording, so this is what I make of it:

"taking part in the Summer Sale" means "buying products from the premium shop"
I still wonder what "opening daily bundles" means in this context - maybe the staff can explain that, please?!

 

It seems unattractive because the number of tokens you can get is 5 tokens for (about) 8€ spent

(no matter what you buy: premium time, doubloons, signals or credits)

So, if someone wants something more consistent, like a ship, let's say a tier V premium ship container (the "cheapest") he will still have to buy products worth of 80€ (to get the extra needed 50 tokens)
... for the tier VI ship container, products worth of 120€
... for the tier VII ship container, products worth of 184€
... for the tier VIII ship container, products worth of 264€
(provided one gets 15 tokens from the mission)

 

So actually it's a sale boost. An incentive for those determined to buy from the premium shop anyway.
I only doubt there is anyone prepared to spend this amount of money in the first place!
But, then again, you never know...

Well, at least they offer full doubloon refund if you own atlanta already.. Not seen that for 3 years... But that's a one off for 38 tokens.. To get a T8 you would have to seriously invest... (buy the bundles every day....) remember back in the days where you had 2 bundles every day with new ships at 30 or 50% discount.. and you got full doubloon refund if you owned the ship.. Spent a few hundred euros that summer.. this summer is going to be 0 euro so far.  180 tokens cost you (in NOK 276,33) and if you get the Graf Zeppelin (that costs 428 NOK)  that's a discount of about 35%, but if you get the Loyang you don't get a discount, but pay 20 NOK more for the boat than it costs in premium shop so.. discount? I would say MAYBE with a big MAYBE.

Minutes after my first input a new set of NEWS was released, containing further details.
According to it:

And there is a button "GO TO OFFERS"
Turns out that 10 tokens cost 1,97€
and 50 tokens cost 8,24€

 

Summing up: after 7 days one can buy 420 tokens for 71,47€

 

5 tokens for 0,85€ is an obvious progress! (tenfold)

I was really looking forward to this 'sale' hoping that we would see some nice real-life discounts on premium ships, particularly Alaska which I would have bought if it had been ever so slightly discounted (I can't afford it at its original price and can't be bothered to grind so much Free XP either, cause I rarely get around to Premium time). Sadly, nothing is really discounted and once again we face many, many sorts of virtual currencies and 'surprise mechanics' at play. No matter how well you damage control it WG, I'm thoroughly disappointed.

As I mentioned before, the same restrictions were simply set to every mission of this chain. Simply we set the same restrictions for all and after that we placed requirements, what is the task.

Sometimes it would be to complicated to removed one piece from the mission, when it is obvious.

I have the Atlanta, the Albert and the Vampire and buying tokens isn't much of a meaning since there's nothing I need/want in those containers. I even have all the 86 ships that can drop in the santa big gift. The only ship is the ship-containers I don't have is the California and I don't want her.
