I checked the premium store for her but could not find her.

 

Is she available through the armory?

The only way to give a semblence of rarity to a digital, and thefore infintily copyable, item is too arbitarly remove it from sale. keeps values up if you can keep pixels in demand.

She is boring as hell and has a completely one-dimensional style of play without being able to do much else.
