How does Product Management and Quality Management work at Wargaming in terms of creating ships, balance and Matchmaker? Does something, that every coding company have, even exist at WG or is it just a look at a damn glas bowl?

There are videos from WG about that....

 

They have multiple test iterations and analyse data and feedback from players.

Whatever we talk about here as players, we cannot answer this question in any satisfying manner. 

But instead this may turn into WG - AntiWG discussion really fast. 

 

So I'm gonna tag @MrConway and @Crysantos to enlighten us on the subject in scope and level of their position. 

Since they can post it while it is locked, I'm gonna lock the topic temporarly for a while. 

They may decide to re-open it for further discussions.
