Delete CV's from ranked

Clearly this isent on WG radar, so i guess ill start again.

 

1.Balance it or remove them from ranked.

2. stop forceing us to play with CV when only a small majority likes them

3. It's really the reason why lot of ppl don't play the game, making you lose more money then selling premium OP cv's
