Ask yourself this: What are your goals in the game? Do you see yourself playing the game for a long time still?

You already have many premiums do you really need more and if you do why? Would another premium change the way you experience the game much?

I say bank the money and grind regular lines for a thousand games. Then get back to question if you need more premiums and what kind of premiums.

You'd probably enjoy a Tirpitz, as it brawls well with those torpedoes and secondaries and turtleback armour. Main guns are also improved from the famously wonky German ones.

There are silver ships which can offer the same experience, but if you don't to wait to grind them out, that's a good choice.

As someone else stated; Think about, what you want to achieve with your premium, and which playstyle you enjoy? Each ship performs better or worse depending on the players playstyle. If you want to brawl, germans (Tirpirtz) or the russian Lenin, but if you brawl in an american bb, your outcome may not be as good.

Out of every T8 premium there is, I suggest Alabama for everyone. That is the absoloute best ship i've ever played, and is the one that gives me the best results, out of every ship I own. but that may not be the same for you- However, in short, out of those you listed, I would recommend the Massachu (Because its the closest to Alabama..)

Hello everyone!

I was planning on buying a premium bb T8/T9, I don’t care if the main battery dispersion is bad as I tend to brawl a lot. As you can see I only have 500 battles but I joined the game (not the forum) back in 2016 so I have quite a lot of in game experience. So back to the topic I was looking at the: Tirpitz, Roma, Massachusetts and Lenin (as well as the Georgia and Ägir). Does anyone have any thoughts?

ANSWER: NOTHING.

Ask the same question after reach 2000 and more battles...

I’ve decided to not buy anything.

Thanks for the advice!

What would you feel about BB’s getting ASW weapons?

I think they shouldn't, as - as far as I know - they never did in reality (chasing subs is usually a job for the smaller ships).

(Bonus points for HMS Dreadnought though, for obvious reasons.)

BTW has the original question been spectacularly edited at some point?

Yes the question was originally something completely different, but I felt that if people were anyway here I might as well ask about this as well. I would also like to say that convoys during ww2 had 15-20 destroyer escorting them. Wargaming trying to balance subs when 1/3 of the ships have ASW will never work.

To make this answer mean something to you is to play about 2000 battles or more. You will gain more experience and you will find out what kind of player you are (dd player, cruiser player, bb player or cv player). To buy a ship that is useless to you and can't make it work is a waste of your money and time. Join public test and use some premium ships that are on pt to get a taste of what are you planning to buy.

Hope this gives you help.
