Overpens fixed?

Lately I've noticed I got less overpens than I used to. Did it get fixed or did I miss something? Would like to know.

No changes have been made. In all likelihood, it's one of three options:

1. Your aim has improved, and so you are landing more shells where it hurts
2. You are ending up against more supercruisers than regular cruisers. These ships tend to be thicker and more heavily armored, and shells overpen them less.
3. RNG has been favoring you, or you have been catching more enemies mid-turn.

Overpens still the same there you must be getting a nice patch of RNG enjoy it.
Wish they would fix the penetration no damage hits and the incapacitations that don't show you what you incapacitated.
