I expect Russian CVs or Italian battleships....

I pretty much think this. Last BB line is over 1 year ago, we had several Cruiser and DD lines in between and also CVs now. So it makes sense for a BB line. Also the latest premium Italian BBs with SAP indicate it aswell imo.

We dont get 2 CVs lines back to back. The only other option i see would be italian DDs, or some Pan-asian/Pan-american stuff.

Announcing it on NA would suggest possibly a new USN line, thought not entirely clear what form that would take, or maybe a Pan(South)American line up.   It is 4th of July weekend too.

Italian BBs would still seem the most likely mainly as I'm not sure they would announce Russian CV's so soon after the Germans.

Nope not RU CVs that has no sense, we have a CV line in works its either a BB line or a DD line, either  are prob Italian although since we had pan euro DDs maybe its a pan-asian cruisers?

If RU DDs and cruisers can have linesplits, so can BBs.

Not sure what I hate more, RU BB line split, RU CVs or ITA BBs with SAP. 

 

I hope WG reconsiders and gives the ITA BBs HE instead of that dreaded sap.

No we won't - we have some other things to show this week, this announcement will be on the NA stream only

Interesting...

If something is to be announced on NA but not on EU it would seem likely it's a US line.

Though I'm not sure what they would do with that, USN looks quite complete.

but on the other hand: why should annoucements be made only on EU (or RU) streams?

It's just a timing issue. NA stream gets to make the announcement, and the NA stream comes after the EU stream. USN DD split?

I am personally missing IT destroyers and battleships. After this we will have ingame all 5 big navies (UK, US, JP, FR, IT) complete... I do not care about CVs.

I would assume it's Italian BBs, unless they already count as announced - weren't they next in line?

 

It would make sense: BBs are apparently the most played ship type in the game, and we haven't had a new BB tech tree since the (deeply historical) Russians, as far as I recall.

 

Honestly, I'll be happy so long as it isn't bleedin' submarines (I would actively like some more DDs, but given how recent the Ikeas are, I'm assuming it isn't that likely)...

Ok my guess NA announces american DD line and Crysantos and mrConway announce the german DD line and the russians announce the russian DD line.
