German KW45 T10 premium design

So i have returned to do another proposal, This time i will do German T10 ship but 2 in one post because it's more like Siegfried and Ägir. KW45 and KW50 designs are battlecruisers designed in 1939. I'll be using KW45 specially due to KW50 is bit too heavy with 50 thousand tons.
