Yeah i know but i think because of my name people think me as a troll and i don't get no invites or its a bunch of tier 2s in coop. There was a lot of discussions about how horrible Newport is so it should not come as a surprise. Fair enough but a few updates ago back i'd say in October i would pass newport with randoms and get 4 or more. Most people admit in chat, or privately that they played there for first time, in their first t6 ship. So I advice patience, and use of chat to provide calm and clear instructions. I managed a 2 star win after convincing 1 cruiser and 1 Bayern stay and defend the base (one flank basically) with me. Rest of team managed to get killed at the start of the 3rd wave. We had 3 ships left. Was in the Ranger i can carry the op but for the reward of 2 stars, which the bunch of flags ain't economic. I use the B panel to people all the way into the ocean Get Back, nope not good enough so i sometimes leave which why i was pink in the screen, but i was the only 1 in the last round. And my patience norm runs out about the 12 - 15m line including random battles when half the teams dead. Last game I was frustrated (in a rare Ansan appearance) but stubbornly blocked the entrance to last part of the port, pushed the last ship to safety and won a no star with the help of the 2 bot dds. Always eliminate the dds/cruiser first as they have torps and can deal huge dmg in a hurry. The BBs once left without escort are easy to kill and are slow to finish off targets.
