Rewards for Public Test 0.9.5 Participants

hi i am still waiting for V1 container which has not drpped with the rest of my rewards is there a problem with this.

i have completed 3 combat missions so should be entitled to these rewards.

just received a 1 day container,  2 sets of camos  and a set of 3 x signal flags ...

Man, Wargaming did something nice with good intentions that should garner fans for their product and company. Just to achieve the opposite with some customers with mistakes that potentially could easily be avoided. Would love to see the processes behind some of the stuff. Seems all over the place at times.

As soon as i logged in today i got about 6 messages about the rewards of public test. 

I went to the WG page for replaiming bonuses https://worldofwarships.eu/en/userbonus/, checked and got the message:

 "Captain, there are no available bonuses at the moment. Keep an eye out for upcoming events, which will be announced on the Portal!".

BUT after that i checked my notifications ingame and noticed that all the reward were given to me for completing all the missions

EXCEPT the free tier VI premium ship for completing all the spring seson missions.

Please check your notifications as soon as you get the message for the rewards.

I didn't get the tier vi premium ship container either. Only a WG container and flags.

Me either... No Spring badge, no premium ship, just received the signals and cammos.

I will be patient.

 

In return I would like to ask you in the kindest way possible:

 

• to be transparent as to why the ship is not there (if you are allowed to do so)
• follow up on statements where you give a timeline (in this case end of the day)
• reset our expectations if needed with a short post (i.e. sorry its gonna take till Friday but I keep you updated).

It might have been better not to announce this. Just handing out the rewards without great fanfare could have prevented a lot of negative feelings.
