Lets make an example: Georgia acording to https://wowsft.com/ship?index=PASB729&modules=1111&upgrades=000000&commander=PCW001&consumables=1111&pos=0 has 113m dispersion at 7.5km

 

11 * 7500 / 333.333 + 30 = 277.5m

 

EDIT: But 11*7500 / 1000 + 30 = 112.5

And 11 * 9000 / 1000 + 30 = 129 (Georgie with AFT)

So Georgia should then be 11*R/1000+30 (At least according to https://wowsft.com/)

Of the new cruisers in 0.9.5, Petropavlosk uses this formula. Tallinn, Riga and Nevsky have standard dispersion.

Ohio also follows this formula.

 

Also notably, the new Kriegsmarine carriers Rhein, Weser, Parseval, Loewenhardt and Richthofen all have the standard dispersion. So it's a no for meme builds. 

 

Other than this, I think the data is still correct. I quickly checked through the client files since I've been playing around with them. It's possible that I missed something.

Ägir has the "standard" secondary dispersion used by 90 % of the ships in game. Can't hit anything without manual secondaries.

The dispersion is extremely good but the range is only 6,8 km max and 4 guns with 3,8s reload each side.

Now after the plating buff to 25 mm only BBs (Bayern, QE, Warspite at T6) with guns bigger than 358 mm can overmatch you. So you can actually engage in brawling against a lot of BBs.

But that doesn't really make Pensacola a good secondary ship.

 

The highest I achieved was 10k secondary dmg:

yes, except manual secondaries, because that skill is useless below T7.
