mm/dd/yyyy is a silly date format and dd/mm/yyyy is much more intuitive. I guess OP thought the news was posted in April for an event in June instead of on June 4th?

WG should stick to international standards on date format.

 

If freedompeople across the pond likes to use something else, let them do that. But here, please use standard format.

actually, if you look at OP's timer bottom right, itsays: Thursday, June 11, 2020.

So his own computer shows the date in Month/Day/Year. How is he still getting confused then?
