Working around radar and hydro, especially in ranked and CBS, is the easiest thing to do because of communication. Working around a cv however.. There are too many good unique T9 ships which are not available for all players like missouri,musashi,benham,jeanbart. In a competetive environment players should have equal chances. So I dont see a T9 cb season with all ships and with some banned t9s you would feel like something is missing. Mogador instead of Klebers, Benham instead of Somers and almost every other DD is as viable. But for cruisers there is less good choices.
