the explanation on what happens to Kirov is somewhat unclear. "Same rules apply to Kirov". So any player whom has researched it gets it as a free premium ship ? That's a lot of people that get handed a free premium. Why will it go to Ships for Resources later ? Everyone will have it, most likely ....I don't follow this, which makes me doubt what is meant by this.

Basically everything the NTC was hated for by just about everyone is starting to come to fruition behind the closed doors of it's Renamed Clone, I for one have no intention of getting involved in the RB antics even if they hide everything in there, the way things are going with this constant churning for everything you can put the Premium Shop and the Armoury in the sordid thing. I'm wondering if the video rant's  of a disgruntled ex employee are more than the sour grapes I thought they were.

Yes, if you researched, own or you owned Kirov, you will have her as a special ship in your port. She will be in Armory for Coal, as an option for those, who maybe started play this game recently or will start to play, or simply haven't reached Kirov in tech tree, but will be interested to get the ship in the future.

Also noticed they've buffed Hawkins' reload speed again (presumably I'm the only one who particularly cares!), I wonder if this time it'll be enough to make her good?

10 kilosteel for TX permacamos that don't even approach 'Ultimate Crocodile' bonuses don't look so hot when you can see Moskva permacamo owners getting shafted in the very same patch notes. The idea of steel for daily missions is a travesty too.

Steel being more available? Count me in! I was always opposed to the idea of having this resource gated off only for ranked players. Let the others have it too, just in smaller amounts. That way, ranked elitists can still polish their virtual e-peen by enjoying the fact that they still get steel stuff faster.

 

Also: Major BS on putting Siegfried behind that "research" crap. RB would be a bit more attractive if one would be able to always get research points while progressing through a tech tree, not just AFTER it was completed once. Because, dear Devs, the grind is NOT funny in this game, especially not T8 and above. And going through entire trees again so one can get a shiny ship every now and then? BS.

I thought WG was buffing a bit Henri IV acceleration in the next update but I don't see it anywhere in the patch note.

Why is that? They killed the Henri when they nerfed it and removed her maneuverability which was what made the ship fun to play.

Is this slight buff to her acceleration delayed or just won't be implemented at all?

As fare as i know it will be removed witout compensation and replaced as a special ship
