OHIO needs 2 knots speed BUFF?

OHIO needs least a speed buff; it's a brawling ship but it's really very uncomfortable while doing her role.

 

It's why I think it needs a speed buff;

1. You can't use it as a sniper; firing range, dispersion not good/not same as Georgia and you have just 8 guns also AP shells have the worst velocity; 732 m/s which means very hard to hit a target at long range.
2. Georgia has Engine Boost with a higher base speed(33 knots) while it's a sniper but Ohio doesn't have any of them.
3. They have same hull with Montana but Montana has 30 Knots speed while it has more range and guns.
4. OHIO really very hard to reposition while it's a brawler; 28 knots speed very low to do it.

 

One more thing, after IFHE rework the secondaries not much effective for its tier; now they just try to make a fire, not penetrate...

 

Please don't forget Georgia has the best dispersion, best speed, less reload time with 2 less guns, same Improved Repair Party also an improved Engine Boost

Also I'm not a bad player and I have enough experience on my OHIO. This ship really very uncomfortable while compared to my other T10 BBs; Kremlin, Republique, Großer Kurfürst.

 

 

In the summary, OHIO really needs a buff to make it a bit comfortable.

Ohio with it's amazing heal is a straight up better version of the montana. I think it's balanced quite nicely.

Could be a bit faster yes and if you compare with the Georgia it doesn't make the same big step up as the Montana does from the Iowa.

 

I think the problem might be that the Georgia is a bit too strong?

 

I did have the same worry before I bought the Ohio but I am very happy with it and find it to be a very strong battleship.

Because I only have one special T10 BB with low service cost but I'm trying to play the others as I can.

 

Also you're looking as low tier ship/T10 crusier main,  I think it's why you're hating to OHIO for make it just 2 knots faster...

Ohio is a very strong ship. It is extremly unlikely that WG will improve her that way.

It's a good ship for brawling but it's very uncomfortable while doing her role. I think it needs least 1.5-2 knots speed buff to make it fair.

 

Also 2 knots speed buff doesn't make it OP but makes it a bit comfortable while doing her truth role.

No, I main everything (except CVs). While I have nothing against ohio being buffed I really don't think it needs it. I find it to be very strong already. I mean hey, if they buff it hooray....

No, I'm just telling that guns not good for sniping with less guns, low AP velocity and dispersion, so I must play it as a brawler to make that work but for the brawling that ship very slow and uncomfortable with 28 knots speed.

 

So I'm suggesting for 2 knots speed buff to make it comfortable, just it.

It's kinda though to play with any ship that's a close-mid range BB nowdays in a t10 game, since you got so many long range he spammers, torpedo spammers and cvs.
That's why the massachusetts is way more fun.

Ohio is your best performing BB. So out of all your BBs, you think this one needs a buff? That doesn't make much sense.

If anything, the Georgia needs a speed nerf, because it's absolutely ridiculous that it's faster than some of the DDs.

That module is getting nerfed and makes best concealment for the Montana 15.6km.

Meanwhile Ohio would have just a 3 seconds worse rudder shift but 14km concealment.

You're already more comfortable in Ohio compared to most of your other bbs, according to the stats. Why should WG balance (buff) ships according to your personal feelings instead of looking at facts and stats? In what way would this improve the game?
