Aside humoring im using it for 6 months with no problems but i detaste forcing people to install multiple launchers to play one game and secondly the rewards we are offer is laughable and lets not forget when WGC introduced in alpha/beta state to us WG said will offer some reward to people install it and test it 2y ago or so depending how long they will use the software ..... any news on that reward for the masochist people that install that atrocity 2y or so ago ????

Same here, get stuck at 'Waiting for Authorization'. Using the Launcher for quite some time now, never had an issue. The WoWs64.exe is unblocked in my firewall settings as is the WGC.exe. So nothing should have changed for me. Still does not work...

Now that I'm forced to have all your games starting from this crap, I WANT.

1) To be able to rearrange the order of the game Icons at the top

2) Option for this crap to automatically and completely shut down as I launch a game.

I also was foced to install the launcher....

They write "you should use the launcher" but it means you MUST use the launcher.

 

After installing, goto the setup for the launcher and enter your Wargaming-ID and activate "Remember me" (or something similar) and save it without switching the register card.

You must save each settings register-card seperately.

Then it should work.

 

Or do what I've done...

In the game-directories there is still the worldofwarships.exe.

You can start that directly and bypass the launcher.

I've been using the WGC since it was in Alpha and I've never had any problems with it.

If you're happy with the launcher, just use it.

I'm a kind of purist and don't like unnecassary software (that could cause problems).

I don't like additional Launchers and bypass them whenever possible (but not always possible).

Hi Captain, 

As notified by us through our forum and portal, we had some problems with the EU server: this is the reason why you couldn't access the game. The problem should be fixed now 😊

 

Regarding the launcher, as we said other times on this forum, we are switching to the WGC to focus the development and support resources in just one software. You are more than welcome to launch the game trough the .exe if you prefer 😊

Go to the WGC and download/install the micro patch. Should resolve the issue.

Since WoWS is not going to update anymore without the WGC there's only one thing I can say.

WGC is crap and will always be. And remember after june 10th, im sure we are all forced to install it if we want to play wows, rest of WG games are under wgc even PTS. INJOY or not.......

11th June is correct, there will be the next update. Until than you are not forced to install it.

Once again forced to download another launcher. I remember having problems with this new launcher about half a year ago so I just returned to the old one...
