Is there still way to get azur lane captains

Well, i saw that like 3-4 years ago were some kind of missions where rewards were azur lane captains. I checked the list of the captains in captain's logbook, but there were non of them, which brings me to the question, can you still get them?

They are usually sold in bundles for limited periods. Sometimes, some of them are made available as mission rewards.

 

We know a new set of Azur Lane collab content is upcoming, probably within the next month or two, we just don't know exactly what (other than a possible small hint at a premium italian BB called AL Littorio). It will just be a matter of waiting.
