No Stars recieved for last Ranked

WG.net Game Center for season 16 says:

Those who are new to Ranked Battles will start the Season from Rank 18. Those who participated in the previous Season will receive bonus Stars after the first battle of the current Season: one for each rank attained last Season.

I did not get any rank bonus with Stars from last season and I ended season 15 with Rank 4.

And yes, I did played a match in new (16) season. And somehow im still Rank 18.

 

Anyone else have this problem?

Your data shows no games for last ranked season. Ranked sprints are not counted.

Why not? That is also Ranked battles.

it is much easier, rules are different (for example divisons)

No they are not. Ranked sprint is free 10k coal for 2 days of fun. 

In the real ranked, you have to sweat blood.

Sprint or ''real'' Ranked doesn't look so different to me - Victory earns stars, defeat, you lose them unless you are top score on loser team, flags for each rank, irrevocable ranks are ''checkpoints'' for not losing ranks.

Only rewards are different and game mode.

only last Ranked counts, if you not played that then no bonus, maybe bonus get those who go rank 1.
