It should be rearranged and expanded, especially now when we have a much larger player pool then in the beginning. It could solve many problems with newcomers who screaming about battling with much more experienced players. That could also deflate that balloon of everpresent MM issues about "disbalance". True, but that's not the only reason why account leveling shouldn't be exploited much further. It has huge potential as an organizing tool. It's funny that you need only 200 battles to acquire level 15 and unlock everything. And that's it.

I don't know if they ever gonna do that, but if they do, it will be more complex marks to achieve. I personally believe that if one has 1000 battles, one will surely know how game works. Everything above is simple details in gameplay. And there is a question, what comes next? Captain skills, upgrades mounted, flags... a more complex algorithm is prone to fail and queue time will be much prolonged. Anyway, my question is based on Account Level, and why it's neglected. It could be an answer to balancing players.

It could be an answer to balancing players. if they resole that first then those captain skills will be more balanced as well, 1000 battles user have 99% change that he not have the 19 tier captain but 10000 battles user have most likely allot off them
1 [COMFY] Benser33 WoWs Wiki Team, In AlfaTesters, Beta Tester, Quality Poster 2,314 posts 15,966 battles Report post #6 Posted May 2, 2020 Account level is really more of a tutorial so that new players don't get overwhelmed with features right from the start. The game already has quite a lot to learn about and the account level only introduces you to components of the port and game modes. Extending the period that players have gated features, either by gating more content or making it take longer to reach 15, is also not necessarily helpful. Players who join the game because they already have friends that play ccan usually be taught what they need much more quickly than a solo players learns on their own and can reach a tier 10 in less than 300 battles. But account level is not a matchmaking mechanic, even if it could be. Random battles are random, other than new players under protected matchmaking there is no form of skill or experience based matchmaking. Skill based matchmaking does not work and experience is no metric for matchmaking, we can find hundreds of example of players with 15-30k games who still perform well below average, and good players can just make new accounts to club new players. The issue of newer players being clubbed by veterans needs a different solution than just letting them avoiding playing against veterans, new players need exposure to veteran players to see that there is more to learn, playstyles and concepts that they can adopt to succeed beyond the co-op strategy of just suiciding in and getting a torpedo kill.
