That's the main problem. I can't see any MM in ranked games

True ranked seasons have several leagues and although persistency can get you up high, on average the quality of players does indeed go up massively in the better leagues. The leagues are usually ranks 15-, 10-15, 5-10 and 2-5. I don't know if the current sprint season has any form of leagues. I guess usually they don't.

Now my winrate doesn't reppresent my skills but the inexistent mm of this game

This is simply untrue. Your winrate is not very different from what it would be if players around you were similar level, though, so skill based matchmaking would not be that much of an improvement for you.

And if you ask me about my opinion about the game company, I can assure you that the only thing she cares about is not the player's happiness and joy, but how they will put their hand deep in our pocket. Everything happens for the money. Once the company gave free ships, in containers to reward the players, now it gives them 4 flags. As they say in my country, if you put your finger in a barrel of honey and sweeten ,you will not stop until you eat the whole barrel.

Good Bye then. do not forget to open the door on your way out. :)

Maybe you could you know look at yourself and think about what you can change. If the answer is nothing or uninstall well we can not help you.

PS: We all deal with that. But not go on the forum to rant all the time.

PPS.: And yes we all invested some money to...

that's not really helpful is it? i agree with OP that the game in becoming toxic and is not really fun to play any more. the reason people "rant" onthe forum is so there is a Chance the Wargaming will see the complaints and change something.  unlikely i know but surely its better to give feedback than just leave, because if enough people feel the same way then the game will die out.

@Dark_Nemo

I'm sorry that you feel the way that you do.

However, as a rule Wargaming staff tend not to read this forum, so your message is not likely to be received.

This is a forum for to debate and discuss. You should have expected that forumites (the only people who are likely to read it,) would be interested in responding to your message.

The original post have  broke one rule of forum by likening a part of the game to a medical condition. You potentially have contravened other areas too.

Is the original post constructive?

Is the thread constructive?

What would happen to the forum if everyone who felt the same way about the game as you did, started their own new thread, even though the developers aren't likely to read it?

@Excavatuswhat do you think?

This forum has a moderator. That's a person who reads, evaluates and forwards interesting messages to the developers. A company needs players feedback. And there are a lot of cases of companies gone broke or shut down entire projects because they never listened to the opinion of their clients.

That was a metaphore and obviously you know that. I would never be disrespectful to such an issue....

As i said people should express their opinion and their feelings about this game in the right section of this forum. This is the General Discussion section. I wanted to express my opinion and that's what i've done. How would you have expressed your opinion for the game if not in a forum???

The best way to express your feelings about this game is 1) Stop paying and 2) stop playing. Doing anything else means adding to the "See? They're playing and paying so everything is fine" spreadsheet.

Oi @Excavatus, are you evaluating and forwarding interesing messages to WG? Notice the italiced bit, aye? I hope you're doing your job mate! (not that I think it is part of your remit but there you go)

Several WG employees are active in the forum, sometimes they participate in the threads, and we know for a fact that at least once they took the (almost) unanimous advice from this forum and backtracked a.f. (faster than you can citadel a Neptune to death, certainly waaaaay faster than you can HE spam to death a BB in a Smolensk) The RB decable was a thing of beauty, and for a while, it reinstated some semblance of pride and hope in the wows' playerbase. For a while.

That's the next step. First i want to make them know my point of view. If they continue ignoring me that's probably the next right thing to do.

I edited a few posts because of insults and comparisons of ships with terminal diseases.

I don't want to close this thread, even though the opening post is not that constructive, the following discussion is quite interesting.

Usually WG staff reads the forum, that's one of the tasks of the Community Managers. We moderators are volunteers and it's not our job to collect or evaluate player feedback. However, if there is a major issue we forward that to WG as well.

Just because WG staff members don't reply in every topic it doesn't mean that they are not reading it.

Please stay constructive and avoid further insults. Thanks :)

You haven't answered a single question and you are saying bb.... Great mentality there...

These are real problems for a game that i PAY to play. Where should i post them? To the player support??

PS: If you dont have something constructive to say dont reply to this topic. It's not for flaming, its for explaining MY reasons of how bad this game has become and MAYBE wake up a little bit the developers before they loose more players

Well sorry to see you go but seriously dude, the money kings at WG simply do not give a flying eff about you, me or anyone else, pay up and bent over take the game like a boss, or let it drive you under, me I suck bad in this game and just about any other but sad as it is it is my computerised companion in this crazy time.

So I fight back against WG need for greed and just play the ships I have, spent all I have and no more, well hopefully not, if I buckle and uninstall, something I have done in WoT's many a time, I then sit back and wonder what if anything that has accomplished, the sad answer is sod all, so I tend to drift back like a bad drunk at a cheap bar, have a break, uninstall if it make you feel better

BUT DO NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can always pick it up again at a later date, a bit like a cheap hooker:Smile_veryhappy:

Another Justified Whinge about a game we all care about and enjoy playing, to a degree.        Thanks to the lack of competition, that is until C&C remastered comes out, WG have total reign.

As long as the money keeps rolling in, they don't care what I, you, or anybody thinks, thats borne out from their continued game handling practices, how much for a black camo ;-).

When C&C comes out, for anyone not heard or played it; it's not the original (Dune was),  but was the catalyst for the RTS Genre, without it games like Company of Heroes wouldn't exist.

XCOM 2, and in particular Chimera Squad has just been released, another game worth looking at.  Gears Tactics has also just come out, IF WE ALL PLAYED something else, even for a day WG still wouldn't have a clue why it's been boycotted (in spite of all the posts like this one), but would lose a substantial amount of money.

In short WG only think about one thing, MONEY...     We all know NO amount of whinging here will see things change, which is ironic because all we want to do is make the game better and to enjoy it more.       So instead of moaning why not recommend other games that we could play instead, maybe then will a certain game company take their heads outta their arses !.

I knew you were volunteers and there was no chance part of your job (not really a job either but you get my drift) description was doing filtering, evaluating or give feedback. But since you are here, can we please have a irony or sarcasm emoji?

I deleted Smolensk with Yamato without overpens.

Smolensk is easy kill (I have it also)

Bigger problem is Thunderer and Conq...

But somehow noobs are ok with it.

Noobs can do good in Conq. and Thund. because they can stay at distance and spam HE while Smolensk player must have skill to put that ship in good use.

Even though some of you (including the mod) do not consider my opening post constructive, i've managed to come to some conclusions :

1) WG staff does read the forum so we should (and must) post here our concers regarding the game

2) Most of the gamers think that WG is greedy. Well i don't think that there are developers that are not greedy. It's business after all.

What i ask is to take in consideration the gamers opinion and do the right adjustments so that most of your us are satisfied with what we get. I haven't heard anyone whining about the game graphics or ships gameplay. Most of us can't stand the apathy in front of OP ships and the lack of a serious matchmaking/elo/pr (call it what you want) algorithm.

3) When tons of player say that they don't like the CV rework, then you must do something. It's logical that you can't satisfy every single player in this game. But you shouldn't have such a huge number of gamers unsatisfied with that rework. Obviously there is something wrong with that and you should check it out.

4) There are tons of f2p games out there BUT if you want to play a game and really enjoy it at 100% you should spend some money on it (that's my opinion). Make us feel that you really worth it. Ignoring these problems will only make you loose more players and money.

All these observations could be constructive IF someone could take them in consideration and try to do something about it.

Thats my 2 cents!

Peace and happy battles (that's kind of contradictory :P) to all of you !

Positioning.

It takes more skill then farming BBs in Concq or Thunderer from 20+km

Smolensk is no more broken then Concq or Thund.
