You can post your opinion but we usually avoid naming & shaming, since it won't really lead to anything constructive. I checked your case and sadly that account was in the hands of a CC we removed from the program (Blizzard). We will close the account since that was overlooked.
In general we treat our CCs the same way as any other player when it comes to chat behavior - this is true for all CCs. Recently we restricted e.g. Flamu from early access / giveaways for a month due to his behavior with naming & shaming and some chat comments we don't approve of. But these contributors are their own channels, they create content in the way they like - we give them certain rules & a framework to work within and step in when rules are broken, otherwise we don't want to interfere with the CC's own vision of their channel.
When it comes to your chatlog that I looked into - your division isn't behaving any better than the player you are quoting here. I'm really confused why you would apply other rules to yourself than you do for others. We will also check your accounts for chat activity to make sure they're in line with our game rules.
