Did anybody had a problem by an upgrade they took away?

My Bismarck hull was upgraded to B ,and now it is back to A . Did discuss it in a ticket ,and they find it normal ; so i have to buy it again. that is stealing in the game !!

Never read of this before. Did you sell her in the past with B-Hull perhaps?

Just checked my Bismarck, and she has the the B hull. This may be a bug that's only affecting a few players, or you never had the B hull in the first place (not saying you are wrong, but I have seen a few posts like this before, and in most cases they never had said upgrade, they only thought they had it).

 

If you are right and you did have it, then I agree it sucks to have to re-buy the upraded hull. It's also strange that CS can't see if you had the B hull or not, would have thought they had logs for that sort of stuff...

Well, that's weird. Only thing I can think of is that it somehow got downgraded during a patch, but if that were the case, we would certainly have heard about it by now, as you would not be the only one.

 

Not easy to say what has happened here, and we can't really help figuring it out, only CS can do that. Or you could try to pm @Crysantos or @MrConwayand explain it to them.

This sounds like a really weird case, we can check with our customer support (they can track what you buy in-game) and see whether you actually bought it or not and what happened afterwards with it. We have no interest in taking anything from you that you bought or earned.

Hi mate!

 

So we checked your logs, you did unlock the B-Hull by researching it (20/04 in the late evening), but you never bought it. I guess you forgot to press the confirm button when trying to purchase the upgrade. I hope I was able to help you a bit, I wish you all the best on your way to the Kurfürst

I was allmost curtain i did pay for it,because i was saving for it .

If you research it ,it is still green and when i was testing it ,it was grey,that 's why i am not curtain that everything is correct.

  It is confusing after a while,but i will check it 2x  in the future.
