And IFHE rework make her even "stronger". She was somewhat playable as mini Atlanta, but now even more laughable. Maybe with 6s reload she could be ballanced. Actually, Svetlana and Krasnyi Krim aren't sister ships; they're the same ship. Svetlana was renamed to Profintern and later to Krasnyi Krim during her service. There are a few other ships in WoWs that are also the same ship in reality: Loyang was originally called Benson and Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya was originally called Gangut.
