Stream is today at 18h CEST (usual start time and it's on the official news) (or 16 CEST, as they have that date on Twitch; see below, but they messed up the dates last time), Twitch, World of Warships official channel. You have to link your twitch and WG accounts somewhere on the WG settings page. If your accounts are linked, then you will get a mission dropped, while watching the stream. The mission gives 3 super containers, but they are somewhat time limited, so you might miss one or two, if you don't play much.
