What kind of GPU do you have installed? Did you update all your drivers (graphics card) :honoring:

I see you have the Core i3-3217 that has an build-in GPU (Intel HD Graphics 4000).

My old "spare" laptop also has an Intel HD Grpahics 4000 GPU, and on that old laptop i could play (without any problems) World of Warships, on medium/high settings, with 30 fps.

Do you have, besides the build-in GPU, installed an aftermarket Graphics Card?

Here is the spec. sheet for World of Warships:

Parameter Minimum Requirements Recommended
Operating System: Windows XP/Vista /7/8 - 64 bit Windows 7 64 bit
Processor (CPU):  Core2 Duo E6750  Core2 Quad Q8200

I had the same problem at 20 FPS. I updated my drivers and it fixed.

I think your graphics card is the bottleneck.

1. Are you 100% sure you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card?

2. Are you running other software/programs at the same time you are playing World of Warships?

Some older laptops/computers can have benefit by using a program called Razer Cortex. (<= click for more info)

As the gaming nerve center, Razer Cortex gives you access to an impressive arsenal of tools to take control of your gaming experience. From combing the web for the best game deals, improving your PC performance in-game, to recording then sharing your in-game moments on Facebook and YouTube, and even backing up your save games in the cloud, Cortex is the free all-in-one software which gives you the best gaming experience possible.

I too have a vintage system (until Autumn) that normally runs around 35-45 fps.

Here are my settings:  1920x1200 res monitor run at 1440x900  Antialiasing - Off   Texture Quality - Low   Texture Filter - Trilinear   All other settings -  High/Far   All boxes ticked except Vsync and Triple Buffering   Also run Unigine Heaven 4.0 Benchmark to find you rigs sweet spot.

Good Luck
