More information about the upcoming russian split line

Because the note in the dev blog is very ambiguous, I kindly ask for a clarification, how exactly the split is gonna work?

1) If you have Moskva's permacamo you get a refund? Or the camo is transferred to Nevsky? or dubs are simply gone because you keep the camo, but who didn't buy it get it for free?

2) If you already have Moskva researched you need to regrind donsokoi to get Nevsky or Nevsky is already researched?

 

Please, wg, give us some clear information

As things stand, it looks like no refund for people who paid for permaflage on Moskva.

 

As I said on the other thread, this is very poor form from WG; as a recent purchaser of Moskva (without permaflage, unusually for me), I get a free permaflage that existing owners had to pay doubloons for, and not a trivial amount either - T10 permaflage isn't cheap.

 

Perhaps WG feel they haven't massively shot themselves in the foot lately (it's been several weeks, after all) and need to rectify matters? As with many of WG's spheroids-ups, this fix is relatively easy: give previous permaflage owners free permaflage for the new T10, and people like me who haven't bought it yet just get the permaflage for the new semi-premium Moskva. Simple.

We still get two new premium ship for free, for me it's still a good deal. 

 

And i kinda like the principe of "early access" to know one day, another one without the money to spend, will have the chance to share the same joy, i have with one ship. 

 

For virtual money, we all know our money lost his current value when you do the exchange, we all know one day WOWs will disapear too, the only thing we should do is have a good time with it.

Well, they did go totally overboard with the PR event which did seem overly generous.

They gonna be speshul ships, not Prem. And the last thing I read was that we are gonna have to research the new ships sooo I am collecting XP on my Donskoi and Schors.

I may be mistaken, but the problem is less to do with the deal - as such - and more to do with the fact that it's (unless something has been missed/lost in translation) unfair, and also the unfair is stupid unfair - the more you've spent on the game in the past (in the specific case of Moskva, and especially her permaflages), the less good the deal becomes, to the extent that people with permaflage already have effectively lost 5,000 doubloons (I *think* that's what a T10 permaflage costs) - that's 13.86 UKP at time of writing.

 

I personally am 'middle case' in that I'll get premium T5 and semi-premium T10, plus permaflage for both, but I will lose the silver spent on getting Moskva in port before the change-over...

T5 is premium, T10 will be same as other T10 "reward" ships like SG, Thunderer or Yoshino.

Ookay, the picture helps if I got it right... Moskva and Kirov to be swapped out, and Schors will be needed to get started on grinding the off-brach. And I assume the AN will need to grinded thru Donskoy, so we won't lose any XP then.

We only get them if we've done the work and unlocked them. Not everybody have done that.

If WG wants to give me stuff then I'm OK with that. If WG want's to change stuff that are gained through playing the game then I'm OK with that. What's not OK is WG taking away stuff that I've paid for.

Everthing ok, no body lose anything, somebody of us will get permacamo and special ship others will get only special ship. But hey we all got something and nobody lose anything. This just show how people greed leading to killings, wars and such cr*p. People are just mad that somebody else got something. Thats the point? If i dont get something nobody cant get it? Anyways tier10 perma camo is too much expensive. So you are either have a lot of money to buy tier10 perma camos and its not a huge lost to you, you will live on without that few euros or you really love this game and you support it buy giving money to game designers. Poor players like me anyways dont have the money to buy it so i will get it for free. Players from wealthy countrys have a lot of money and they can support WG beacuse for average west europe salary that camo cost is less then 1%.  If you already have that perma camo its just mean that you have nice life, enough moneys, and probably everything else in your life while hungry Africans die every day without any food. Mates you are already winners. Thank you all for supporting this great game and sya in battle. My english is sh*t.
