I seriously can't see what WG are going for here with the LM's.

I always treated them as an inducement to play the tier X ship I'd just got (kind of like the extra XP missions you get with Premium ships when you buy them), and it's worked so far, got 4 out of 5 of the LM's I earned missions far, and I'm on the last stage of the DM one, and grinding them I got to know the ship a lot better than I would have otherwise.

Whats the thinking now?, you just ground a tier X (well actually 4 of them to open the RB), well done!, now reset 2 lines and you can have one LM?

Well NTC/RB is @Sub_Octavian little child and you can bet your last money that it is all his idea to put unigue upgrades in there @arcticstorm123

In other words:

Legendary modules = Lipstick

Research Bureau = Pig

Spot on @arcticstorm123 and i will bet my last money on that it was also him that was behind the PR grind here at christmas last year.

Because gamers are so good at boycotting things...

Just look how well the Pay to Rico Boycott went.

Gamers aren't really known for their strong spines, you know?

When the Naval Training Centre reared it's ugly head and the subsequent uproar ensued and then the renamed clone appeared was it not said that the RB would not hold anything that enhanced a ships capabilities  in  battle over those same ships that others could not get  due to having no access to the Nava Research Bureau , I may be wrong but it seems that what people were saying at the time about WG waiting a while and then sneaking more stuff in there is coming to fruition, I may be wrong???

Yes, that is pretty much what happened and what we all dreaded that it Will come to pass - now it Will.

Puertorico was totally diferent story. It was one ship, not particulary diferent from lots of other ships. Legendary moduls, that wg prepares will be so good that they will make tier 10 ship to tier 11 ship. That alone will give huge advantage to owners of those ships in competitive and uncompetitive gameplay. So, it would be absolutly normal that nobody uses those moduls.

Who ever is guiding War Gamings hands on the wheel seems to have a  Dark and Sinister course plotted through Future Sea's in search of more and more Plunder. :Smile_coin: So Sad.

Just posting this as a reminder of what Sub_Octavian told us three months ago.

As I said, changes to Bureau may be needed, and entry level may be one of them. I just can't share the details ATM, cause they are in design, but you can be sure this "5 TX" concern is fully validated in the team :-)

We announcing this simply to give heads-up about rotating out the missions, so that people have enough time to get and complete them.

Of course closer to the actual update there will be DevBlog on the actual design with all details, which is not finished at the moment.

Early announcement also gives us some food for thought and early feedback, while we're still flexible in terms of design.

Guess how flexible they were in those three months and how many changes they made from their original announcement.

Trust me they dont drink vodka

They are so smart and methodical and preplaned everything on what they do even if they got some outrage (RB) and they will finally introduce what they want on game and ofc they will throw some peanuts to us (free consumables) to settle and have some excuse for it

lol, they are far from being smart and ...

the buyers are just stupid (and that wont make them smart)

So many "Great" changes:

Quote

Please note: during the current Season, in contrast to previous seasons, there will be no discount on resetting Commander skills. This was necessary at the start of previous Clan Battle seasons because players often needed to change some of their Commanders' skills due to the fact that aircraft carriers weren't allowed in Clan battles.

I have no words to comment this... Does WG know this mode at all and understand the difference between Clan and Random battles?

Quote

The cost of each (unique) upgrade is 19,200 Research Points.

Have anybody really believed that WG will come up with any reasonable offer? At least I am not disappointed as I expected something so ridiculous from the beginnig. I will never understand the "logic"of this change.

Quote

Changes to Economics of Operations.

Thank You WG for killing this game mode for months. With one less reason to play this game I am closer and closer to quit. Which will probably happen not later than with introducing of submarines to the game...

Maybe...or, and think about this, you get a BB, 6 cruisers and make a huge push together! You get a 7 vs 6 and there is no enemy bb to tank!

Great idea! And who scouts? You blob in one part of the map while the enemy stays undetected, spreads around the whole map and farms you from smoke / over islands one by one. Why would they need a tank when they never get shot?

17 days of Premium left...

Ah, so many changes to pitchfork or facepalm over.

The one I don't think has been mentioned yet is QoL addition to Mount all economic flags, before the QoL addition of Stingy by Default (available in the Modstation), so the unwary can waste Doubloons even faster.

Why ranked sprint at tiers 9 and 10 and with teams of 12? Thats complete BS, ranked was the only fun left in the PVP of this game for me due to smaller teams and lower tiers. Totally no point playing the next one from a fun perspective as it will be no different from randoms (or possibly even worse than randoms...)...

Because literally EVERY "decxision" has been made lately is economically motivated? Dumbing down the game( by reducing the skill gap) _ so....more people would play it, stuff like that.....?

So we have return of RB idiocy. Well, I still have 10k points from introduction and I have no intention of doing this countless idiocy named regrind. Nerf of income for operations is as I see another "great" improvement :Smile_sceptic: Great patch :Smile_sceptic:

Did anybody have screens of new missions in Campaign for Jerzy Świrski? What kind of missions are there?

Really? Well 2+2=4 not....5. Once you start look at people's action in prism of their motivation, things rapidly tend to fall in ( the right) place......
